Team OCBZ was founded by Kyran Grey with the intention of bringing change to Japan. The team eventually grew into an army, which went on to successfully conquer the island of Fukue. This new country is now at war with mainland Japan, and aims to gain leverage over the leadership to bring about ethical change in the country.
